By inviting Fusic to your Discord server, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please remove the bot from your server.

2. Description of Service

Fusic is a Discord bot providing server management, moderation, anti-nuke features, and utilities. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use Fusic for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not attempt to abuse, exploit, or bypass any of the bot's systems or rate limits.

4. Privacy and Data

We take your privacy seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data. Fusic temporarily stores message content in our database strictly for moderation and logging purposes, which is deleted after the action is processed. Fusic is developed and maintained by Monish, an independent Indian developer.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Fusic is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developers of Fusic be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the bot, including but not limited to server damage or data loss.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Fusic after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
